Campbell Euro International Golf & Travel

                                                  Booking Terms & Conditions

By providing Campbell Euro International Golf & Travel (CEI) with the tour deposit check , the client(s) acknowledge(s) that said party/ parties has/have read and accept(s) the booking terms and conditions for all members in the party covered by said deposits.

Payments:  A deposit of 20%-25% of proposed trip package price is required upon acceptance of the customized itinerary. All details included with the proposed program are subject to availability at the time of booking by the client(s). Should alternative locations, accommodations, golf courses or schedule changes necessitate changes, these changes will be reviewed with the client(s) prior to final trip approval and acceptance of said changes by client(s). Upon final approval of the itinerary by client(s), deposit(s) received, and trip terms and conditions accepted, the final balance of payment(s) is due Campbell Euro International Golf & Travel (CEI),  or 90 days prior to departure (whichever comes first). Trip package price quoted in itinerary is subject to change resulting from currency fluctuations until final payment(s) is received by CEI. 

Changes: After the program is booked by clients(s), changes may be requested and reviewed by Campbell Euro International Golf & Travel (CEI). Some changes, however, may result in the loss of deposits already paid to suppliers on behalf of client(s). In some cases, deposits on golf reservations, once confirmed, are non-refundable by clubs (but in some instances, may be applied to another date and or/ time). Several golf clubs have strict reservation policies, but generally will co-operate with CEI. 

Cancellations: Campbell Euro International Golf & Travel (CEI) requires trip cancellation notification in writing, email, fax, or certified mail by all parties to the confirmed booking. Upon receipt of cancellation, Campbell Euro Golf & Travel (CEI) will confirm in writing to client(s). Cancellation of the program prior to departure date will result in loss of deposit(s) made to CEI and on behalf of client(s) to suppliers. Should the initial deposit(s) not fully cover administrative costs, supplier deposits etc., client(s) will be billed the remaining balance. Hotels, Lodges, and Guest Houses may levy cancellation fees, if room(s) cannot be re-sold. Refer to Refund Policies below. Campbell Euro International Golf & Travel (CEI) strongly recommends to all clients (regardless of age and health) taking Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance. Refer to Travel and Health paragraph below. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, a program has to be cancelled by Campbell Euro International Golf and Travel (CEI), other program alternatives may be offered to client(s) for consideration. Alternatively, a full refund will be made to client(s).

Refund Policies: Initial deposits are non- refundable. Cancellation within 61-90 days of departure date is 30% of confirmed trip package; cancellation within 31-60 days of departure date is 60% of confirmed trip package; cancellation within 0-30 days of departure date is 100% of confirmed trip package. Campbell Euro Golf & Travel (CEI) strongly recommends trip insurance to all clients.

Travel & Health Insurance: Campbell Euro International Golf & Travel (CEI) strongly recommend the purchase of pre-trip cancellation/interruption, and medical protection insurance thru agencies such as Travelex Insurance Services @ 1-800228-9792; Travel Guard @ 1-800-826-1300; Travel Safe @ 1-888-885-7233, or thru client(s) personal insurance agency. Campbell Euro International Golf & Travel (CEI) recommends that the client(s) contact and discuss this with their insurance company of choice upon confirmation of the itinerary with CEI. To financially and securely protect the vacation, CEI urges the client(s) to include travel insurance protection at time of booking.

Unused Services: No refunds or credits will be given to client(s) for any unused services included in the final itinerary. This includes unused tee times, meals, transportation, accommodations, or any other services not used due to flight delays, schedule changes , or for any other reason. In the event of an official golf course closure due to adverse weather conditions, green fees will be refunded to client(s) upon documented verification from source.  

Caddies, Power Carts, Trolleys: Caddies must be requested in advance, but may not be available at all courses on program.  Power carts are generally not available on Links Courses, but golf clubs are required to retain a few carts for the client(s) producing a medical letter/certification. In this instance, carts can be requested in advance by Campbell Euro Golf & Travel, but not guaranteed. Trolleys (pull carts) are readily available at most courses. Battery powered trolleys (carts) are also available at several courses. Pull cart and power buggy fees are the responsibility of the client(s), and not included in the program package price. Golf club equipment can also be hired thru most clubs Pro Shops.

Handicaps: The majority of golf courses require evidence of a current handicap certificate /USGA card. Generally, the maximum handicap for men is 24, and 36 for ladies. Failure to produce a current USGA card or other handicap documentation may prohibit play. PGA golf professionals must provide a copy to Campbell Euro Golf Tours (CEI) at time of booking in order to receive courtesy/discounted green fees. 

Additional Golf:  If time permits in the daily schedule, additional golf may be arranged (based on course availability) by Campbell Euro International Golf (CEI).  Additional green fees are paid by the client(s) directly to the Golf Clubs. This, however, must be discussed and approved in advance with CEI. 

Accommodations:  Accommodations (non smoking) include twin or double bedded rooms based on double occupancy (two people sharing) with bathroom en-suite. Single occupancy (non smoking) will be subject to a supplement charge. Family styled rooms (non smoking) are subject to a supplement charge. Daily breakfast meals only are included. Hotels, Lodges, and Guest House standards are rated (1-5 star system) in each country. Refer to the itinerary details for accommodation ratings, classifications, services, and standards. 

Transportation:  All escorted group transportation is by deluxe coach and includes driver/guide based on a daily eight-hour schedule for larger groups. Groups personally escorted by a member of Campbell Euro Golf & Travel (CEI) are provided with the availability of a sixteen-hour daily transportation service with driver/guide and an 8-9 passenger mini bus vehicle(s). Included are daily meals, accommodations, and other related expenses for driver(s) and other escorting staff members( including related salaries), CDW insurance, fuel, parking fees, tolls, etc. For unescorted programs, private car hire can be arranged thru Campbell Euro Golf & Travel (CEI).

Responsibility:  Campbell Euro International Golf & Travel (CEI) has contracted with independent suppliers in booking accommodations, airline reservations, car and coach hire, golf tee times, and other services included in the client(s) itinerary. Campbell Euro International Golf & Travel (CEI) is not responsible for any negligent acts and/omissions by these independent contractors, their employees, agents, or representatives. Campbell Euro International Golf & Travel (CEI) advises client(s) that CEI does not act as principals, but as agents only for those suppliers providing the travel components. Campbell Euro International Golf & Travel accepts no responsibility or liability in respect for either person or property, for any loss damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity however sustained during any package program/trip/tour booked through Campbell Euro International Golf & Travel (CEI).
